From blockbuster productions to groundbreaking workforce development, the Tennessee Entertainment Commission (TEC) played a pivotal role in shaping the state’s creative economy in 2024.
Over the past year, TEC assisted 223 film, TV, music video, and commercial projects across 42 counties, resulting in a $147 million direct impact and over 3,600 production jobs. The Commission also awarded $5.9 million in grants supporting music- and entertainment-related digital skills, education, and workforce development through the DESEW program.
