TNECD, Rock Lititz to Break Ground on Rock Nashville Campus

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Next Tuesday, September 3, 2024, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter, Rock Lititz and Soundcheck officials will host a ceremonial groundbreaking at the site of company’s newest campus, Rock Nashville.

Rock Nashville is a live entertainment campus coming to Nashville in 2025. Upon completion, the 55-acre campus will offer state-of-the-art resources, including 13 band and production rehearsal studios, two arena and amphitheater-sized rehearsal facilities, backline rental services and more than 30 industry vendors. The campus will provide resources to live entertainment acts, such as audio, lighting pre-vis, transportation, special effects, staging, lighting, video and more.

 The Rock Nashville team has partnered with local developer, Al. Neyer to bring this vision to reality. Al. Neyer brings development and construction expertise to the team.
